NCNW IE promotes education; encourages entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and economic stability; educates women about health and promotes healthcare access; and promotes civic engagement and advocates for sound public policy and social justice (NCNW Website).

Health Equity

NCNW IE Section established the Blessings in a Bag program providing feminine products and toiletries to the unhoused.

​We also offer informative presentations on how to identify and access quality healthcare, as well as providing advice on how to stay healthy.

Education Equity

NCNW IE Section is dedicated to partnering with organizations that will assist in promoting STEAM and career opportunities and in closing the digital divide that disproportionately impacts blacks and women.

NCNW IE is dedicated to being a visible and vocal force in national and local social justice issues.
  • We partner with peer organizations and affiliates to address pressing concerns that impact Black women and their families.​
  • Our voices are included in public policy decisions and governing communities, schools, housing, health, and systemic legal issues.

From job fairs to video conferencing and in-person information session, the Bethune Center provides sound resources to assist the community in making wise financial decisions to foster economic growth and stability.
