The National Council of Negro Women Inland Empire Section (NCNWIE) is a volunteer service organization.

The mission of NCNWIE is to lead, advocate for, and empower women of African descent, their families, and communities. 

​We serve and support in the areas of Economic Empowerment, Education, Health Equity, and Social Justice and Civic Engagement.
