Inland Empire section NCNW works to empower women of African descent, their families, and their communities. One of the ways we do this is working with the Bethune Center. 
​The objective of the Bethune Employment Center is to help adults and young people with the pre-employment, application process. To combat high unemployment and promote self-sufficiency we  provide job follow-up and retention assistance.

*Follows up to help prospective employees discover the next step in reconnecting after an interview
*Provides information on basic guidelines for money management
